Your Role – Your Career Start
As a Sales Representative (m/f/d) at SumUp, you will be responsible for your own success from day one.
This role is heavily commission-based:
You receive a fixed salary plus uncapped commissions.
The more effort you put in, the higher your earnings.
Your success drives your income and career growth.
You will manage your own schedule, oversee your territory, and engage with merchants directly on-site. Every deal counts – and pays off for you.
Your Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to local merchants and identify new opportunities.
- Present our payment solutions – clearly, practically, and persuasively.
- Handle objections confidently and close deals effectively.
- Build and maintain a sustainable customer portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with a motivated, supportive sales team.
What You Bring

- A passion for direct customer interaction and fieldwork.
- Basic technical understanding and the ability to explain products simply.
