Introducing the Business Development Team
Our Business Development Team within the Local Business division aims to actively connect local businesses with users. We are currently enhancing our service offerings, which include booking and quotation services for delivery, cleaning, beauty, laundry, and classes, as well as product and order services for agricultural products and F&B. Our goal is to make it easy for customers to find and utilize the services they need in their neighborhoods, gathering diverse business owners and creating products that connect them with customers. We are looking for individuals interested in local business to help us solve customer problems.
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee the onboarding of new stores and brands, supporting their integration into our platform.
- Enhance the onboarding and registration processes for franchise locations.
- Create manuals tailored to each funnel and standardize FAQ documents.
We Want to Work with Individuals Who:
- Have experience building processes from 0 to 1 through structured thinking.
- Can maintain stable platform operations and have experience in effective communication with clients.
- Have a track record of identifying operational pain points based on data or user feedback and improving efficiency.
- Have experience in responding to operational risks and establishing SOPs based on those experiences.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Understand the F&B domain and have experience in operational and sales support tasks.
- Have participated in payment and settlement processes and experienced the corporate contract signing process.
- Have a keen interest in AI solutions like ChatGPT and actively utilized them in your work.
- Have experience building dashboards for managing operational productivity based on sales insights.
Please Note:
- This position is initially a 3-month contract with the possibility of a 9-month extension based on performance evaluation.
