Job Overview
We are on the lookout for a Sales Operations Manager to champion operational excellence within our go-to-market organization. This role is pivotal in maintaining pipeline and forecast integrity in Salesforce, supervising sales performance analytics, creating seller scorecards, and administering commissions. The successful candidate will act as the operational backbone for our sales teams and leadership, ensuring data accuracy, providing timely insights, upholding a disciplined forecasting cadence, and facilitating smooth deal execution.
Collaboration is key, as this role will work closely with Sales, Finance, Technology, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to boost conversion rates, shorten sales cycles, improve forecast reliability, and maintain our CRM as the definitive source of truth.
