Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and customer-centric Sales & Operations Manager to take charge of managing leads, enhancing client relationships, and driving operational success. In this role, you will oversee the entire sales cycle while collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure flawless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring a structured, conversion-focused approach
Act as the primary contact for customers and key accounts, fostering long-term relationships
Lead negotiations and follow-up discussions to drive revenue growth
Coordinate customer requirements with internal and external stakeholders for seamless service execution
Maintain and enhance CRM data, pipeline tracking, and pricing coordination
Collaborate closely with operations teams, carriers, and external partners to align expectations and address issues
Deliver clear, timely, and professional communication through phone and written channels
Ensure accurate handover of closed deals to operations for smooth fulfillment
Identify opportunities for improving sales efficiency and enhancing customer retention
