About the Role
Sales Operations serves as a vital operational and analytical center, tasked with supporting, retaining, and scaling merchants at all stages of their lifecycle. This role is essential for fostering data-driven decision-making, connecting Sales, FinOps, Risk/Compliance, Tech, and Business Development teams. The aim is to replace intuition with structured insights to facilitate sustainable merchant growth.
You will oversee merchant context, monitor payment performance, and ensure operational excellence, setting the groundwork for upselling, retention, and scaling volumes.
