The Role
This strategic and operational role holds significant commercial responsibility and involves close collaboration with the CEO.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing international sales and marketing strategies
- Driving demand generation and lead acquisition
- Building relationships with large, global clients
- Leading negotiations and closing high-value deals
- Identifying new markets and growth avenues
- Expanding our footprint with existing customers
Germany is a major focus area where we already have traction and substantial potential, but your mission encompasses a broader mandate: to extend our products worldwide and enhance our international presence.
Collaboration with the product team will be vital to align our product development with market needs and ensure our commercial strategy reflects customer value accurately.
Travel is an inherent aspect of this position.
Requirements
We are in pursuit of a results-driven individual eager to take ownership of the business and propel growth.
Ideal candidates will:
- Possess experience in international B2B sales, preferably within the SaaS domain
- Exhibit both strategic and operational acumen
- Have a track record of entering new markets successfully
- Demonstrate confidence in engaging with large, established corporations
- Utilize data-driven methodologies and integrate AI into their workflows
- Have experience in the media sector or newspaper production is advantageous but not mandatory
Languages:
- Fluency in Swedish and English is required
- Proficiency in German is highly desirable
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
