About the Role:
We are on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Manager to spearhead the growth of our SaaS and hardware revenue within the retail sector across the United States. As an individual contributor, you will manage the entire commercial lifecycle — from targeted prospecting and engaging multiple stakeholders to solution shaping, contracting, and smoothly handing over to the PMO for implementation. Your role will require maintaining a disciplined approach to pipeline management and ensuring forecast accuracy.
You will thrive in a matrix-led environment, reporting directly to the VP of North America while closely collaborating with Presales, Product, PMO, and Marketing to create value for prospective and existing customers throughout the United States.
Your Role in the Sales Journey:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating, nurturing, and closing opportunities that yield measurable results for Auditdata’s Ideal Customer Profiles. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the commercial relationship with Business Decision Makers and, to some extent, Technology Decision Makers, while collaborating with Presales for in-depth validation and demonstrations.
- Rigorous qualification of leads, crafting compelling value propositions, and guiding customers through the procurement process to secure signatures.
- Working with Presales to ensure a clear and documented handover to PMO for scope definition, Statement of Work (SOW), and delivery, while remaining available to support during the early stages of implementation.
What You Will Do:
Business Development & Pipeline Creation:
- Develop and implement territory plans focused on clear Ideal Customer Profiles.
- Source pipeline through targeted outreach, events, partner engagements, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
