Sales Manager

Since our inception in 2012, RTB House has expanded to a team of over 1,500 specialists across more than 30 locations worldwide, managing over 3,000 campaigns across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.
You Will:
- Identify target organizations and key stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough account research to prepare for effective outreach.
- Implement high-volume outbound activities including phone calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Utilize research, automation, and CRM tools to manage and track outreach efforts.
- Schedule meetings with decision-makers and develop a robust sales pipeline.
- Lead discussions and qualify sales opportunities.
- Close deals and achieve sales targets.
Desired Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in consultative sales.
- Proven track record in cold calling and engaging with mid- to senior-level decision-makers.
- Strong ability to conduct independent research and account mapping.
- Comprehensive understanding of the sales process from activities to conversions.
- Proficiency in working with outbound and productivity tools.
- Experience in digital marketing, particularly performance marketing, is advantageous.
- Highly motivated, proactive, resilient, coachable, and eager to learn.
- Fluent in English and Polish.
