Become a pivotal part of a dynamic company as their Sales Manager, taking charge of a top-tier sales team to significantly enhance revenue growth. You will be responsible for the entire sales operations, from formulating strategies to managing team performance while establishing scalable processes that promote sustainable business success.
What You'll Do:
• Inspire, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve and surpass performance goals and quotas.
• Define clear objectives, KPIs, and expectations for all team members, coupled with regular performance evaluations.
• Conduct frequent one-on-one coaching sessions to enhance sales competencies and overall effectiveness.
• Supervise the onboarding process for new sales personnel to ensure a seamless transition and rapid ramp-up.
• Provide continuous training on products, processes, and communication to uphold high-performance standards.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to synchronize campaigns, messaging, and lead generation initiatives.
• Partner with senior leadership to deliver precise forecasts, sales insights, and strategic guidance.
• Track sales metrics and team performance to pinpoint strengths and areas for enhancement.
• Analyze pipeline data and create actionable strategies to boost conversion rates at every stage.
• Ensure optimal utilization of CRM tools, maintaining accurate records of leads, opportunities, and interactions.
What You Bring:
• 3+ years of experience in sales management, business development, or account management.
• A proven history of successfully leading and developing sales teams in high-performance environments.
• Consistent achievement of sales targets and team performance goals.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and motivational skills with the ability to inspire teams.
• Experience in crafting sales strategies and converting data into actionable plans.
• Comprehensive understanding of the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Proficient with CRM systems and productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Organized and proactive approach, adept at managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Preferred experience in developing training programs or sales enablement materials.
Key Success Metrics:
• Achievement of individual and collective sales targets by the team.
• Monthly and quarterly revenue growth and quota attainment.
• Improvements in pipeline conversion rates and optimization of the sales cycle.
• Retention and development of the team, alongside performance improvements over time.
