Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Manager to drive the expansion of our business and enhance our market presence. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to devise innovative market strategies and guarantee superior customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include uncovering new business opportunities in sectors such as Fashion, General Merchandise, E-Grocery, and 3PL; crafting and executing go-to-market initiatives; managing the customer journey from initial engagement to contract finalization and implementation; building and guiding a high-performing sales team; and streamlining processes. Regular travel (approximately 50%) is essential to establish enduring partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Development: Identify and cultivate new market segments and business opportunities within Fashion, General Merchandise, E-Grocery, and 3PL.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement groundbreaking market entry strategies in close collaboration with upper management.
- Customer Journey Management: Oversee the complete process from initial customer contact through negotiation to contract signing and the go-live phase.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performance sales team while establishing efficient processes to facilitate growth.
- Process Optimization: Enhance existing workflows and create new structures to support our expansion initiatives.
- Collaboration Promotion: Partner closely with the Solutions Design and Operations teams to craft tailored solutions for our clients.
- Client Engagement: Conduct regular on-site visits (about 50% travel required) to foster strong relationships and secure long-term partnerships.
