The Role:
Develop a strategic sales approach rooted in a deep understanding of the consulting and technology markets in accounting, finance, and business management.
Monitor and contribute to achieving set sales objectives.
Design and execute a field sales strategy.
Create and/or update sales indicators.
Build your own client portfolio, focusing on both finance and IT departments.
Drive a key account management strategy within your client portfolio.
Manage leads and respond to complex bids with support from offerings managers.
Participate in the recruitment process of new consultants to join our teams.
Foster synergies with our partners' sales departments to win joint projects.
Provide regular reporting to the Business Development Department.
Suggest improvements (action plans, processes, etc.).
