Role Overview
As part of the Decarbonization business unit, your primary mission will involve delivering unique insights to clients, facilitating a reduction in operational footprints, fostering emissions transparency, and promoting collaboration within the industry. Through expert advisory services, deep fuel knowledge, and innovative digital solutions, you will provide invaluable support to leading vessel owners and energy corporations, helping accelerate their transition towards a sustainable energy landscape.
Position Reporting Structure
You will report directly to the Managing Director for the AMEA region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives for Digital & Decarbonization across the AMEA region.
- Achieve individual sales targets as established with your line manager, adhering to defined standards and KPIs.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by:
- Establishing long-term relationships with clients.
- Identifying customer needs to deliver customized service recommendations.
- Communicating the unique selling propositions of our client’s offerings.
- Engaging actively with customers to address their requirements.
- Ensuring multiple points of contact within the client base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the maritime sector.
- Craft and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue objectives and capture market share.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive lead generation and networking.
- Educate clients on the advantages of our products through solution-based selling.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to illustrate the value and features of our solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Decarbonization advisors, management, and product owners to tailor solutions that meet specific client needs, providing personalized recommendations and proposals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies associated with climate change.
