Role Overview
As a Sales Manager, you will embody the essence of our brand, taking charge of leading, coaching, and nurturing client relationships. Your leadership will motivate your team to excel in sales while ensuring an exceptional customer experience is maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales: Achieve budgeted sales targets and foster a customer-centric culture by consistently enhancing our service offerings to exceed expectations and establish market leadership.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with Host Store and other concessions.
- Proactively identify opportunities for business improvement through initiative and ownership.
- Analyze brand performance to make informed commercial decisions and drive department growth in line with consumer demands.
- Effectively manage staff scheduling and planning to ensure optimal floor coverage during core hours.
- Uphold high standards of staff presentation in accordance with model store guidelines.
Service Excellence:
- Foster a client-centric environment by training and developing the team to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Monitor performance through test shops and CRM, creating actionable service plans to meet company standards.
- Instill a client-focused mindset in the store to guarantee top-tier client experiences and effective management of client relationships.
Team Development:
- Collaborate with the General Manager to recruit new team members, adhering to Kurt Geiger's recruitment policies.
- Communicate company policies and procedures effectively, ensuring understanding and compliance among employees.
- Invest in the continuous development of your team to maximize their potential.
- Build positive relationships with peers and the Group General Manager.
- Foster a collaborative and positive environment across all areas of the store.
