About the Role
As a Sales Lead, you will be a pivotal team member responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and modeling best practices for our associates. Your role will focus on providing personalized service and supporting your colleagues. You will collaborate closely with the Store Manager to gain comprehensive knowledge of store operations, enabling you to step in as a manager as needed.Your Impact

Your Qualifications
Preferred: 6 months of retail sales experience.
Preferred: Management experience.
Proficient with technology and able to operate point-of-sale systems.
Strong communication and coaching skills.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Demonstrated initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to delegate and prioritize tasks effectively.
