Job Description
Join our innovative team as a results-driven Sales Executive in the diesel generator division at Jaycee Punching Solutions. We are seeking a motivated individual with in-depth knowledge of diesel generators, particularly within the 5 kVA to 125 kVA range, and a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets in industrial or B2C settings.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and follow up on leads for diesel generator sales within your assigned territory.
- Identify and engage potential customers, including builders, industries, institutions, and contractors.
- Prepare and present compelling technical and commercial proposals.
- Effectively negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining healthy profit margins.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery, installation, and service follow-up.
- Foster strong customer relationships and provide exceptional post-sale support.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Supply market intelligence and competitor insights to management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate or Diploma holder in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred).
- 1 to 4 years of experience in sales of Diesel Generators, Capital Equipment, or Industrial Products.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel locally.
