- Explore and capitalize on new sales opportunities to drive revenue and broaden ShipServ’s client base through proactive lead generation methods, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and market analysis.
- Engage professionally with prospects to facilitate qualification processes and ensure seamless transitions to senior sales personnel.
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable solutions from our established product line, pricing models, and sales strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize deal conversions, aligning our offerings with client objectives.
- Craft and present persuasive sales pitches, proposals, and quotes to secure new business by effectively communicating unique value propositions, pricing, and commercial advantages.
- Utilize predefined sales scripts, pricing frameworks, and marketing materials, while escalating any unusual customer requests to the Sales Manager or Sales Operations.
- Keep precise sales forecasts and pipeline information to assist business planning and strategic decision-making, by regularly updating CRM systems and reporting sales activities and outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, customer success, and product development to enhance customer experiences and sales performance by sharing market insights and contributing to ongoing improvement initiatives.
