The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This position is vital for driving Foodics’ growth by identifying, closing, and maximizing revenue opportunities with both new and existing partners, particularly in selling our SaaS software solutions to restaurants. The Sales Executive will be instrumental in broadening our international presence and enhancing collaborations with digital third-party integration applications. Your Responsibilities
- Achieve Targets: Ensure a high closing ratio on qualified leads and consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
- Lead Generation and Acquisition: Generate new leads through digital marketing initiatives and participation in industry networking events, converting demo sessions into confirmed sales.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with strategic partners while maintaining positive engagements with existing and potential partners to secure future sales.
- CRM Proficiency: Utilize CRM systems to track customer projects and sales activities meticulously.
- Data-Driven Approach: Use insights from data and CRM to inform sales strategies and optimize performance.
- Pipeline Generation: Demonstrated ability to create a sales pipeline that exceeds the monthly quota by four times.
- Skill Development: Participate in scheduled training on new product features and advanced sales techniques, achieving high scores on product knowledge assessments.
- Innovative Mindset: Embrace a creative startup culture by contributing innovative ideas to foster business growth.
What We Are Looking For
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Sales Experience: 2-3 years of direct sales experience in Information Technology, FMCG, Software, or SaaS industries is preferred. Exceptional fresh graduates with relevant internships may also be considered.
