Role Overview:
As a Sales Enablement Manager at N2JSoft, you will join our sales team under the direct supervision of the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Your mission is to enhance efficiency, impact, and sales performance by providing our teams with the tools, content, training, and processes they need to excel in their daily activities.
This pivotal role intersects Sales, Marketing, and Product departments, directly influencing measurable growth.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Content Enablement:
- Design, implement, and manage an enablement strategy aligned with Marketing and Sales objectives.
- Create, organize, and maintain sales documentation, including pitch decks, presentations, case studies, battlecards, and scripts.
- Implement, manage, and optimize sales support tools such as CRM, CMS, LMS, and sales intelligence platforms.
- Training & Coaching:
- Conduct training sessions and coaching to empower the sales team with knowledge and skills.
