Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Enablement & Training Specialist to onboard, instruct, and support our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) in a BPO or high-volume call center setting. This position is suitable for seasoned SDRs and former SDR Team Leads who are passionate about mentoring, enhancing performance, and establishing straightforward, repeatable sales procedures.
In this role, you will actively engage in training, coaching, and daily sales activities, ensuring SDRs accelerate their onboarding and achieve consistent performance.
Key Responsibilities
Onboard and train new SDR team members on outbound sales, relevant tools, and processes
Coach SDRs and SDR Team Leads on call techniques, messaging strategies, and overcoming objections
Develop and maintain user-friendly training materials, playbooks, and LMS modules
Ensure SDRs adhere to lead management, outreach sequencing, and CRM best practices
Assess SDR performance and provide targeted coaching and retraining as necessary
Collaborate with sales leadership to align training with KPIs and pipeline objectives
Required Qualifications
Previous experience as an SDR, Senior SDR, or SDR Team Lead in a BPO, call center, or high-volume outbound sales environment
Proven experience in coaching or mentoring SDRs (either formally or informally)
Strong knowledge of outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and CRM utilization
Comfortable operating in structured, process-oriented sales environments
Non-negotiable: Must have prior experience working fully remote, proficient with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and experience with US- or UK-based companies. Applications lacking this experience will not be considered.
