Your Role
- Lead revenue growth by prospecting new business opportunities while managing and expanding existing strategic accounts.
- Formulate strategic account plans tailored for assigned Holding Company and/or account lists.
- Craft customized proposals and recommendations to align with each client's specific needs, ensuring campaign success.
- Negotiate effectively with larger agency and client partnerships.
- Contribute to product/solution go-to-market strategies and the product roadmap.
- Mentor fellow sellers, aiding their development into high-performing sales professionals.
- Foster extensive relationships across all accounts (agency and direct client), expected to engage with various stakeholders involved in strategic accounts.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of new opportunities from both current strategic accounts and untapped prospects.
- Articulate GroundTruth’s capabilities and unique value propositions to clients through diverse channels (email, phone, in-person meetings, conferences, networking events, etc.).
- Represent GroundTruth at industry conferences, participating in panels, moderating discussions, and leading educational sessions for agencies.
- Consistently meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as outlined by the SVP and Managing Director.
- Adhere to deadlines set by leadership to ensure timely information sharing.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills with senior leadership and executives.
- Exhibit teamwork and leadership qualities among peers.
