This is a senior management role focused on SaaS sales, requiring extensive experience leading a team of Enterprise and Strategic Account Executives, along with outbound prospectors. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in selling SaaS products to enterprise clients, including 2-4 years in a director-level position.
Strong candidates will have experience working with large enterprise clients and possess the ability to coach and lead both an outbound prospecting team and the enterprise sales team. Familiarity with selling marketing automation, CRM, email, or analytics solutions is highly desirable.
WHO YOU ARE
- Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in Enterprise Sales for Mobile or Marketing Technology
- 2-4 years of experience managing a regional team of enterprise sales executives (experience managing an outbound prospecting team is preferred)
- Able to collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Operations
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Adept at networking and building connections through social media and other platforms
- Knowledgeable about digital and application trends, particularly in the mobile sector
- Proven ability to navigate large organizations and quickly identify key decision-makers for substantial SaaS investments
- Prior experience in a startup environment is a plus.
