Position Summary
As the Sales Director, you will spearhead all revenue-generating operations within the organization. You will lead and expand our remote sales team, mentor regional sales managers, and establish the strategic direction for outbound sales, appointment setting, lead nurturing, and closing deals. This senior leadership role is perfect for a candidate experienced in building and scaling a high-performance remote sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
- Supervise the performance and activities of Sales Managers and the Setter Team Manager.
- Define, monitor, and enhance KPIs throughout the sales funnel, focusing on lead conversion, appointment attendance, and closing rates.
Team Development
- Recruit, train, and manage top-performing sales professionals (closers, managers, and setters).
- Establish structured onboarding and continuous coaching initiatives.
- Design career advancement plans and lead performance assessments.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to refine campaigns, sales funnels, and messaging.
- Work with Operations to ensure seamless transitions post-sale.
- Provide accurate forecasting and performance analysis directly to the executive team.
