Position: Full-time Sales Development Representative
Engagement Type: Independent Contractor
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls and diligently follow up on warm leads to effectively promote telecommunications products and services to individual customers.
- Engage in consultative conversations to qualify prospects and uncover customer needs.
- Maintain a high volume of daily activities utilizing CRM systems and dialers (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Clearly and enthusiastically educate potential customers about telecom plans, offers, and benefits.
- Schedule appointments or finalize introductory sales based on the campaign structure.
- Collaborate with team leads to achieve weekly and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Accurately track and report pipeline activities and lead status updates.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in B2C sales, telesales, or outbound call centers within the telecommunications industry.
- Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a high-volume environment.
- Proficient in using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
