Your Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be instrumental in the initial phases of the sales cycle, where your main responsibilities will include identifying, qualifying, and actively engaging potential customers. This position focuses on cold outreach and arranging qualified demonstrations for the sales team, crucial for cultivating a robust and sustainable sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Research, identify, and connect with potential customers via cold emails, phone calls, and social media platforms like LinkedIn.
- Prospect Qualification: Interact with prospects to assess their needs, challenges, and compatibility with our SaaS solutions.
- Demo Scheduling: Qualify interested leads and organize product demonstrations for the sales team.
- CRM Management: Diligently record outreach activities, conversations, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with sales and marketing teams to synchronize messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our platform and effectively communicate its value proposition to prospects.
- Follow-Up: Ensure consistent and thoughtful follow-ups with leads to maintain engagement throughout the sales funnel.
- Metrics Tracking: Achieve or surpass monthly targets related to outreach efforts, demo bookings, and qualified leads.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in SDR, BDR, or a similar outbound sales role.
- Background in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English (C1-C2 Level).
- Experience with cold outreach, follow-ups, and initiating early-stage sales conversations.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce is preferred.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with excellent time-management skills.
- Strong desire to provide a professional and positive experience for prospects.
- Able to work independently in a remote setting while aligning with team objectives.
