About This Opportunity
As the Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager, you will lead a dynamic SDR team focused on both inbound and outbound strategies. Your mission will be to enhance follow-up quality, mentor team members, and establish a robust outbound engine while optimizing our go-to-market systems. We seek a motivating and respectful leader who can instill structure, clarity, and drive.
How You'll Contribute
Team Leadership
- Manage, coach, and support SDRs through regular one-on-one meetings and ongoing feedback.
- Foster a positive, energetic, and accountable team culture.
- Guide reps in advancing their career trajectories and sales expertise.
Inbound + Outbound Performance
- Guarantee prompt, high-quality follow-up on thousands of inbound leads.
- Develop and refine outbound strategies, cadence, ideal customer profile targeting, and messaging.
- Enhance personalization, sequencing, and qualification processes for both outreach methods.
- Monitor daily activities and conversion metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Systems & Process
- Oversee SDR tools including Clay or Freckle, HubSpot or Salesforce, and Apollo.
- Refine lead routing, scoring, and enrichment processes.
- Identify opportunities for automation while maintaining a personal touch.
