Your Role
We are rapidly expanding our team and seeking full-time Sales Development Representatives situated in Spain. Reporting directly to the SDR Team Leader, your primary duty will be to propel growth by qualifying leads for our Business Development Managers.
As an SDR, you will serve as the initial contact between prominent hotel brands and Lighthouse. You will play a crucial role in promoting Lighthouse’s products across the industry and establishing connections with potential clients, thereby contributing to the growth of our sales pipeline. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to help us enhance and broaden our Sales Development capabilities. We are in search of innovative go-getters to join us during this thrilling phase!
Your Impact
Utilize AI-driven insights and automation through CRM systems, conversation intelligence, and commercial data to enhance forecast accuracy, elevate pipeline quality, ensure effective account execution, and continually optimize sales processes in collaboration with Sales Operations. Specifically, you will:
- Conduct in-depth research on key contacts within the hospitality industry, particularly hotel chains and their management entities.
- Craft well-designed messaging for key contacts using news, industry trends, and company updates.
- Engage with incoming leads to effectively schedule product demonstrations.
- Make outbound calls, send LinkedIn messages, and compose highly personalized emails to potential clients, maintaining a high volume of quality outreach.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities for Stardekk and Lighthouse.
