Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative to join our Federal Sales Development team, working in a hybrid capacity and reporting directly to the Sales Development Manager.
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving Zscaler’s sales pipeline and revenue growth through effective lead qualification.
This position requires in-office attendance 2 days a week in either Plano, TX, Raleigh, NC, or Boston, MA.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research and prospecting to identify potential organizations through diverse outreach methods, including email, calls, networking, and innovative strategies to build early-stage pipelines.
- Qualify leads and arrange appointments with key decision-makers in Global 2000 and targeted companies through both inbound and outbound efforts.
- Leverage CRM tools to maintain accurate records of activities, contacts, and accounts for all customers and prospects.
