As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base through effective lead generation and market research strategies.
Lead Generation & Market Research
- Conduct thorough research to identify and source potential clients using various platforms and outbound channels.
- Qualify leads according to specific criteria and the business's needs.
- Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems to ensure data accuracy.
- Provide essential market insights and competitor analysis to support the Business Development team.
Sales & Client Support
- Assist in crafting compelling pitch decks, proposals, and sales materials.
- Coordinate meetings, product demos, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for both inbound and outbound leads.
- Facilitate the transition of qualified leads to the Client Solutions or Sales teams.
Pipeline & Reporting
- Monitor lead progress and provide updates on the sales pipeline.
- Compile regular reports detailing lead generation performance and conversion rates.
- Ensure precise documentation and data hygiene within systems.
Collaboration & Growth Initiatives
- Work collaboratively with the Business Development, Client Solutions, and Marketing teams.
- Support marketing campaigns, events, and outreach initiatives.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance lead generation processes and workflows.
