Your Daily Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
- Execute outbound sales and marketing campaigns.
- Travel to global events and conferences, representing Canonical and generating face-to-face marketing and sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and high-level stakeholders to drive results.
- Work directly with marketing on strategic campaigns.
- Research potential customer information.
- Generate a multi-million dollar sales pipeline.
- Identify prospects and market trends.
- Assist in defining team processes and policies.
- Act as a liaison for new and existing clients, organizing and attending meetings while actively mapping accounts to identify new opportunities.
- Create, update, and maintain accurate leads in global opportunities.
