About the Client
Our client is a renowned leader in the SalesTech and MarTech domains, evolving from a specialized appointment-setting agency to a comprehensive global provider of sales acceleration services and solutions. Their goal is to transform the lead generation process for B2B companies across various industries and regions, primarily focusing on the US market (80%), while also engaging clients in Europe and Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement multi-channel outbound prospecting initiatives (calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach) to secure qualified sales meetings.
- Oversee multiple campaigns concurrently, customizing messaging to cater to various industries and ideal customer profiles (ICPs).
- Make 70–100 cold calls daily targeting the US market.
- Monitor performance metrics (open rates, response rates, conversion rates) and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Utilize CRM and automation tools including HubSpot, Salesforce, Reply.io, Expandi.io, Instantly, Calendly, Google Sheets, and Nooks.
- Take ownership of campaign results and strive to meet monthly appointment-setting KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach sequences and campaign strategies.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or Appointment Setter within a B2B context.
- Demonstrated success in outbound sales (70%+) with a solid background in cold calling and appointment setting.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously (4–6 projects at once).
- Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and enhancing KPIs.
- Proficient in objection handling, gatekeeper navigation, and closing techniques.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with lead generation agencies or sales acceleration companies.
- Familiarity with various industries (SaaS, MarTech, Professional Services, etc.).
- Proven ability to handle high-volume prospecting at scale.
Benefits
Competitive base salary: $1050–$2100 USD/month (based on experience and performance)
