Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to enhance our go-to-market efforts. In this role, you will focus on outbound prospecting, scheduling demos for our Account Executives, and accelerating provider acquisition nationwide.

What You'll Achieve in the First 3–6 Months:
Lead outbound prospecting through cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn to secure qualified meetings for our AEs.
Identify and target provider groups, clinics, and health systems using platforms like Apollo, LinkedIn, and our CRM.
Schedule over 30 qualified demos each month.
Work closely with AEs to refine messaging, gather market insights, and enhance conversion rates.
Maintain meticulous CRM records and activity tracking to ensure pipeline visibility.
What You'll Contribute Beyond 6 Months:
Assist in developing our outbound strategy as we enter new EHR ecosystems and therapeutic areas.
Influence sales tool decisions and optimize outreach sequences as we expand the SDR function.
Act as a stepping stone for future AE promotions as our team grows.
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or outbound sales, preferably in SaaS or health tech.
A passion for healthcare technology and a strong desire to succeed in sales.
Exceptional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
