The Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a pivotal role in amplifying our outbound sales strategy and generating top-tier sales leads. You will gain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings to provide valuable insights to prospective clients. Your primary focus will be on generating a strong sales pipeline.
As one of the founding members of our team, we are looking for an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset who is eager to contribute to our company's expansion. You will report directly to our SDR Manager. This position is hybrid, requiring you to be in the office three days a week.
Responsibilities
Boost pipeline by scheduling meetings with outbound leads
Achieve daily and monthly outbound targets through cold calls and email outreach, while maintaining personalization at scale
Design and implement strategies to penetrate target accounts, including identifying key stakeholders and developing outbound campaigns
Serve as the initial point of contact for new business prospects and guide them through the next steps
Conduct market research to uncover new leads
Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, and other stakeholders on outbound strategies and lead generation initiatives
About You
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A keen interest in technology and a strong desire to launch a career in tech sales
A collaborative team player with a proactive approach (we operate on a hybrid schedule)
