Role Overview
As the Sales Development Manager, you will spearhead the development, training, and recruitment of a passionate and driven team. The Sales Development team is crucial as the initial touchpoint for prospective Deel clients, playing an essential role in our success. You will oversee a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) in this role.
