POSITION OVERVIEW:
In this role, you'll take charge of the entire outbound sales process, which includes defining Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), prospecting, lead generation, conducting product demos, preparing proposals, and securing new business.
You will collaborate closely with the CEO, Marketing, and Professional Services to uncover opportunities and enhance INPLAN’s visibility in the DACH region.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify, engage, and qualify new clients across the DACH region.
- Establish and sustain a scalable outbound sales pipeline.
- Perform market research, competitive analysis, and define ICPs.
- Design and implement targeted outbound sales campaigns.
- Lead product demonstrations and customer presentations.
- Prepare proposals and manage commercial negotiations.
- Utilize modern sales tools (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI tools).
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaign initiatives and messaging.
