The key responsibilities of the Sales Coordinator position include:
COMMERCE
Together with the Store Leader:
- Co-create the store HDR and implement the outlined actions, supporting the store team in execution.
- Ensure adherence to sales policies in stores, in alignment with Kiabi's Vision.
- Oversee the proper implementation of visual identity tailored to the store, following guidelines set by the Visual Merchandising Team, to enhance customer shopping experience and achieve store sales objectives.
- Guarantee and optimize Kiabi's fashion image in the store by developing promotional and sales elements (window displays, furniture, collection development and implementation, and adapting commercial formulas and concepts within the sales context) to attract local customers.
- Train, motivate, and communicate with the team regarding merchandising basics and visual identity updates in the store, gathering and preparing necessary information.
- Analyze the impact of VM actions implemented in the store, proposing cross-functional action plans aimed at improving KPIs and business profitability.
- Implement the product strategy in the store, utilizing the Sales Planner and K4Y to develop local commerce.
- Encourage a WOW shopping experience through cross-channel engagement by training and fostering the team's passion for fashion.
- Collect and provide feedback to the Visual Merchandising Team on customer needs regarding collections and their impact on the business.
MANAGEMENT
- Analyze store results with the Store Leader to propose proactive/reactive measures based on the context, ensuring achievement of the budget across channels.
- Train, apply, and enforce procedures related to the safety of individuals and assets and adhere to established action plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety measures, standards, and procedures outlined in the Risk Prevention Plan and those defined by the company, promoting health and well-being in the workplace.
- Engage and mobilize teams on processes to combat Internal Shrinkage (unknown loss: internal, external, and administrative) and follow corrective action plans.
- Equitably perform store openings and closures with the permanent team, in accordance with company guidelines and procedural adherence.
