Your Responsibilities
- Map your territory, meet merchants and professionals, and advise on the right solution.
- Conduct demonstrations (readers, cash register, account) and guide the customer to their first transaction.
- Manage pipeline and forecasting using our Sidekick App, our internal super tool that assists in customer conversion with an emphasis on quality and priority.
- Collaborate with our SDR and Customer Success teams for smooth and rapid activations.
- Monitor the local market (events, partnerships, competitors) to create new opportunities.
Who You Are (What We Are Looking For)
Must-Haves
- Active P.IVA and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Experience in door-to-door or consultative sales (B2B/SMB) or a strong commercial attitude.
- Ability to autonomously organize your agenda/territory; excellent proficiency with digital tools.
- Clear communication, active listening, and a determination to achieve results.
Nice-to-Haves
- Background in payments, retail, Ho.Re.Ca., or business services.
- Established local network.
