Qualifications
Requirements:• Bachelor's degree completed.• Experience in sales within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in aesthetics, dermatology, and/or plastic surgery.• Proficient in commercial policies, negotiations, and pricing strategies.• Proactively identify customer styles and behaviors, quickly adapting all aspects of the sales approach. Understand and overcome obstacles to develop effective sales strategies.• Provide innovative ideas and solutions to maximize business opportunities and tackle challenges, creating impact with ideas for the organization and proactively responding to changes.• Operate effectively in a matrix environment.• Lead by example; consistently demonstrate positive behaviors and peer coaching in changing and challenging environments.• Influence others and be viewed as a reliable and respected role model, as well as a valuable resource among peers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and marketing objectives set by the business unit.
• Manage a portfolio of clients by planning visits and conducting follow-up evaluations to continuously improve sales performance. Effectively handle objections, misunderstandings, and concerns, consistently prompting logical and reasonable calls to action to close each sales call.
• Proactively aspire to meet customer needs, expectations, and challenges to build trusting relationships and achieve mutually beneficial agreements between AbbVie and clients.
• Develop and implement a call/visit plan that includes established information while optimizing coverage and frequency for key clients, maximizing access and sales opportunities.
• Continuously enhance understanding of customer needs and expectations, market landscape, competition, market segments/dynamics, accounts, product experience, clinical knowledge, and sales, and share this market intelligence with field teams, branding teams, and sales management to ensure alignment, anticipate changes and challenges in the environment, and optimize brand strategy and execution.
