Your Role
We are seeking an organized and proactive Sales & Business Development Associate to join our Riyadh team. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of our private office services by managing the complete sales cycle, generating new leads, fostering robust client relationships, and consistently meeting sales targets.
This hands-on, target-driven position requires you to engage in calls, presentations, proposals, meetings, and deal closures, while also assisting the Business Development Manager with research, reporting, and partnership initiatives.
Responsibilities
Sales Cycle Management
Oversee the entire sales cycle: including outbound prospecting, calls, outreach, meetings, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
Conduct client meetings and provide office tours, customizing solutions to meet client needs.
Maintain detailed tracking and updates of all sales activities, client data, and documentation in the CRM system.
Prepare and present proposals and contracts, ensuring agreements and payments are completed.
Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring a robust sales pipeline.
Sales Administration & Reporting
Keep accurate records of leads, opportunities, and pipeline status.
