YOUR ROLE
As a Sales Associate at H&M, you will play a pivotal role in crafting an exceptional customer experience. You will greet customers, guide them through the store, and assist them in finding what they need while showcasing our products. Your responsibilities will include:
- Sharing your knowledge of fashion and products to help customers select items that best suit them.
- Collaborating with your team to provide outstanding service at every step of the customer journey.
- Ensuring that the sales floor and stock are well-stocked, organized, and inviting.
- Participating in the opening and closing of the store.
- Representing the brand positively in all customer interactions.

Our stores are the heart of our group, where customers experience our brand in person. As a member of the store team, every employee - Sales Associates, Department Managers, Visual Merchandisers, and Store Managers - contributes to creating an inspiring and welcoming environment.
You will collaborate across stores to share ideas and succeed together. Alongside your team, you will play a crucial role in helping customers express their personalities with the latest trends and timeless styles. By connecting with our customers, we make fashion accessible and sustainable for all.
