Job Summary:
As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting our New Home Sales Consultants (NHC) in the sales process by engaging with customers and facilitating new home sales. This position is an excellent opportunity for you to learn and refine your sales and marketing skills while adhering to company guidelines and performance standards. You will assist in conducting competitive analyses, maintain community integrity, and develop your customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction. Participation in sales and training meetings is expected, and if you are not yet a licensed Real Estate Sales professional, you will need to complete the necessary state courses to obtain your license. Weekend work is part of this role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Represent M/I Homes professionally and positively.
- Collaborate with the NHC to create a robust sales and marketing business plan aimed at achieving division objectives.
- Utilize selling skills learned through training to assist customers effectively.
- Arrive punctually to open models and ensure they are presented professionally.
- Input customer information into the Pivotal system and register clients.
- Present model homes and inventory to customers, highlighting features and benefits while employing learned sales techniques.
- Provide information about the community, pricing, and financing options to customers.
- Help NHCs foster relationships with realtors through various outreach methods.
