Job Overview: We are on the lookout for a motivated Sales Associate to partner with our New Home Sales Consultant (NHC) in driving the sales process and facilitating new home purchases. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and enhance vital sales and marketing skills while adhering to our company's standards and guidelines. You will assist the NHC in performing competitive analyses, engaging with real estate agents, and ensuring the integrity of our community on a daily basis. This position is an ideal pathway for progression to the New Home Consultant role and requires availability on weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present M/I Homes with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Assist the NHC in developing innovative sales and marketing strategies that align with division objectives.
- Apply sales techniques learned through company training to engage effectively with customers.
- Ensure models and homesites are presented in a timely and professional manner.
- Accurately register customers and maintain their information.
- Support the creation of marketing plans and outreach materials.
- Keep community signage clean and accurate.
- Collaborate with the NHC on various sales and marketing initiatives.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
