Position Summary
Join our team as a Sales Associate and Store Driver, where you will play a vital role in supporting our DIY customers and driving sales initiatives. This entry-level position requires a solid understanding of store operations, automotive systems, and product knowledge. You will assist customers in finding the right parts, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during in-store visits and phone interactions.
- Meet personal and store sales targets consistently.
- Provide DIY services such as battery installation, testing, and wiper replacements.
- Uphold store standards for product presentation and operations.
- Manage inventory processes including receiving shipments, conducting cycle counts, and organizing back stock.
Additional Responsibilities
- Ensure store cleanliness, including maintaining the exterior and interior areas.
- Assist with stocking duties and inventory management.
- Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.

- Competence in basic mathematics: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using various measurement units.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-3 years of sales experience in a retail environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
