As we prepare to launch our new pop-up store in Munich from the end of August to the end of May, we are looking for enthusiastic Sales Advisors (M/F) for full-time positions. This role will be based in Munich.
Reporting directly to the Pop-up Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Providing an Exceptional Customer Experience:
- Prioritize customer satisfaction to ensure outstanding service;
- Represent the Sezane brand through impeccable presentation and grooming standards;
- Welcome customers with warmth and empathy to create memorable experiences;
- Understand customer personalities to discern their preferences;
- Introduce customers to our brand and diverse product offerings;
- Act as an ambassador for our omnichannel approach, bridging both in-store and online experiences;
- Demonstrate curiosity and develop a deep understanding of our brand and products;
- Proactively suggest unique actions to enhance the customer experience;
- Address and resolve complaints to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Be knowledgeable about our CSR policies to assist inquiries.
Upholding Brand Image:
- Understand the fundamentals of Sezane merchandising;
- Ensure accurate product labeling on the sales floor;
- Participate in merchandising strategies and follow-up;
- Facilitate an inspiring and engaging shopping environment;
- Monitor and maintain the commercial appearance of the point of sale;
- Possess a solid fashion knowledge to provide informed suggestions.
Ensuring Efficient Operations:
- Implement Sezane's policies, standards, and procedures;
- Process transactions accurately in line with operational protocols;
- Handle specific operational tasks such as returns, exchanges, and reservations;
- Assist in determining staffing needs to fulfill customer expectations;
- Manage inventory effectively.
