Your Role
As a Sales Advisor, you will embody the essence of our brand, warmly welcoming clients and providing personalized guidance throughout their shopping journey—whether in-store or online. Your efforts will play a pivotal role in reinforcing our brand image and achieving sales targets through outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service, enhancing every interaction and promoting our brand and loyalty programs.
Identify and understand customer needs, passionately presenting our products and guiding clients to their ideal choices.
Cultivate long-lasting relationships with clients, building trust and loyalty.
Encourage omnichannel sales strategies (Click&Collect, Seek&Send, in-store tablets).
Actively contribute to both individual and team sales goals.
Professionally manage customer inquiries and complaints in collaboration with the Store Manager.
Ensure the store's appearance and organization meets brand standards, maintaining both front and back areas.
Support inventory management and omnichannel processes.
Assist with cash handling and adherence to company policies.
