YOUR ROLE
As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will greet customers, guide them through our store, and assist them in locating the products they need while effectively showcasing our offerings. Key Responsibilities:
Share your knowledge of fashion and products to help customers make informed choices.
Collaborate with the team to ensure customers receive outstanding service.
Maintain a tidy and pleasant store and logistics area.
Support store opening and closing tasks.
Represent yourself and the brand positively in all customer interactions.

The store serves as the heart of our brand, where customers experience H&M directly. As part of a dynamic store team, you will work alongside Sales Advisors, Department Managers, Store Managers, and Visual Merchandisers, all collaborating to create an inspiring and welcoming environment for our customers. You will help customers express themselves through the latest trends and timeless styles, fostering meaningful relationships and contributing to making fashion accessible and sustainable for everyone.
