YOUR ROLE
As a Sales Advisor with H&M, you will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will greet customers, guide them through the store, and assist them in locating their desired products while effectively showcasing our offerings. Your responsibilities include:
→ Leveraging your fashion expertise to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
→ Collaborating with your team to provide outstanding service throughout the customer journey.
→ Maintaining the sales floor and back of house to ensure they are well-stocked, organized, and welcoming.
→ Assisting with store opening and closing procedures.
→ Upholding a positive representation of both yourself and the brand in all customer interactions.

As a vital part of the vibrant Store Team, every role—from Sales Advisors, Department Managers, Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers, to Assistant Store Managers and more—plays an essential part in creating an inspiring and inviting atmosphere. You will also connect with the broader Area Team, sharing insights and working together to drive success. Alongside your colleagues, you'll help customers feel confident and express their individuality through the latest trends and timeless styles. By forging meaningful connections with customers, we strive to make fashion accessible and sustainable for everyone.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking individuals who have:
→ Experience in customer service, preferably within the fashion or retail sectors.

→ Enthusiastic about fashion and providing an outstanding in-store experience while promoting our products and driving sales.
→ Thriving in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
→ Communicative, creative, and eager to engage with store technology, demonstrating a strong willingness to learn and grow.
