We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our expanding team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and dispatching proposals and critical documentation.
- Research and identify opportunities for bid submissions.
- Design, format, and proofread various proposal documents.
- Maintain the CRM system to ensure up-to-date customer contact details and history.
- Field incoming calls and emails, routing qualified leads to the appropriate sales executive for follow-up.
- Coordinate conference calls and meetings for the sales team.
- Manage event calendars, client appointments, and preparation of materials as needed.
- Organize deadlines and delivery for client requests and special projects.
- Perform various administrative office tasks.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as a sales assistant preferred.

- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
