Role Overview
The Sales Acquisition Specialist is essential for enhancing our client’s supply network. In this dynamic role, you will focus on increasing host availability in key strategic areas, acting as the primary contact for potential hosts and guiding them through the entire onboarding process for a seamless experience. Utilizing your sales expertise, relationship-building abilities, and comprehensive product knowledge, you will illustrate the benefits of joining a rapidly growing, innovative platform.

Key Responsibilities:
Host Acquisition and Relationship Development
- Identify and engage potential hosts in priority markets, targeting both individuals and professionals.
- Use multi-channel outreach strategies (emails and phone calls) to inform prospects about the platform’s advantages, market trends, and industry standards.
- Build strong relationships and trust with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Deliver consultative sales presentations and customized solutions to potential hosts, assisting them throughout the onboarding journey.
Pipeline Management
- Leverage Salesforce and other internal tools to manage leads, monitor progress, and enhance client workflows.
- Consistently achieve or exceed individual outreach goals and acquisition KPIs.
- Oversee a pipeline of high-value leads, ensuring steady advancement towards growth objectives.
- Provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations based on market feedback and client interactions.
Collaboration and Continuous Improvement
- Actively promote the Voice of the Customer (VoC) to uncover opportunities for account growth and enhancements in products or processes.
- Work closely with territory sales teams, program managers, and internal stakeholders to meet team and company objectives by refining best practices and achieving outstanding results.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and utilize new tools to maximize client success.
- Engage in ongoing training, personal development, and knowledge sharing.
