- Thoroughly clean and reset guest bedrooms and bathrooms in compliance with established quality standards.
- Efficiently organize and stock cleaning carts and linen closets on assigned floors.
- Accurately complete all assigned paperwork promptly.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety, and security protocols, promptly reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
- Maintain a professional appearance, ensuring uniform and personal hygiene standards are upheld.
- Safeguard the confidentiality of guest information and proprietary hotel operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in hospitality or cleaning services is preferred, though not required.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
