Job Overview
The Rocket Growth program assists sellers in leveraging Coupang’s Rocket Delivery and fulfillment network to provide faster and more reliable services to customers while growing their businesses. Sellers who earn the Rocket badge can increase their sales velocity, and customers benefit from Rocket delivery and Wow membership perks (free shipping and returns). The Inbound team focuses on establishing and evolving logistics inbound policies and processes within the Rocket Growth organization, continuously improving inbound costs and timelines to enhance the overall seller experience.
